RETURNS
Unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. The product must show no signs of use or wear.
To initiate a return, please email us at orders@meowieganja.com with your name and order number. We'll provide a return shipping label and process your refund once we receive the package back at our office.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or Medical Meowieganja IDs.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
Unused items in their original packaging are eligible for exchange within 60 days of purchase and can be exchanged for an item of equal value.
REFUNDS
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your email. Refunds will be issued to the card used for the original payment. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
